Cabinet carcase Top is constructed using a 40mm solid Ash frame with exposed mortice and tennon jointing with an Ash veneered 15mm plywood inset, 15mm plywood side panels with Ash Veneer, solid Ash frame.
Cabinet assembly fittings metal cam and dowels, wood dowels, screws & panel pins.
Cabinet drawers 18mm solid Ash front with Ash veneer, 12mm solid Palomia drawer sides & a 3.6mm plywood baseboard.
Drawer runners solid hardwood.
Drawer assembly fittings wood screws & antique pewter effect handles.
Shelves 12mm Ash veneered plywood
Cabinet doors 18mm solid Ash framed door with Ash veneered plywood inserts.
Door assembly fittings 3 external adjustable hinges with fixings to each door & antique pewter effect handles.
External finish A balancing stain is applied by hand to even out the natural wood variations, this is followed by a tinted lacquer. A fine hand sanding process followed by a finishing coat of tinted lacquer.
